Debbie’s Background and Experience:

I am a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Oregon and Washington.  My main focus over the past 26 years has been on Medicaid Reimbursement issues affecting Nursing Homes in Washington and Oregon.  My objective is to assist my clients in obtaining the reimbursement rates to which they are entitled.  I have presented a number of reimbursement seminars for the Washington and Oregon Nursing Home Associations over the years and most recently co-presented two four-hour seminars in July, 2008 for the Washington Health Care Association.  Currently I am serving a second two-year term as the Chair of the Professional Responsibility Strategic Interest Team (a.k.a. the Ethics Committee) of the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants.  I am a Girl Scout troop leader, High School PSO board member and Church youth group leadership team member.
